First off, thank you for picking up a Where the River Meets keychain at Voyageur Days 2026.

​

I was incredibly honoured to be invited to open Country Night this year, and writing this song for the festival felt like a really fun way to celebrate a place that means so much to me.

​

Where the River Meets was written for the weekend, the music, the bonfires, the late summer nights, the people who travel home and for the people that stay.

That means this is not a final studio recording. It is an early version of the song.  I wanted the people who were here for this moment to have the chance to hear it first.
